These Terms of Service govern your use of the Quebec Travels & Tours LLC website and any tours, visa processing, or other travel services booked through us via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
Quebec Travels & Tours LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
As a travel and tour services provider, our "delivery" takes the form of confirmed bookings, e-tickets, visa documents, and service vouchers. These are delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp, typically within 24 hours of a confirmed and paid booking, unless a specific tour or visa service requires additional processing time, in which case we will inform you of the expected timeline at the time of booking.
Refund/Return Policy
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Refund eligibility depends on the specific tour, package, or service booked, and on how far in advance a cancellation request is made. Where a refund is approved, it will always be returned to the same card, account, or payment method originally used, never to an alternate account or third party.
Cancellation & Replacement Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Depending on the tour or service, cancellations made with sufficient notice before the scheduled date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, while late cancellations or no-shows may not be refundable, particularly where third-party suppliers (such as hotels, attractions, or transport providers) apply their own non-refundable terms. Any request to reschedule or replace a booked service with an alternative date, tour, or package will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability and any applicable price difference.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

Prices displayed are starting prices and may vary based on group size, season, and specific requirements confirmed at the time of booking.
